Terms and Conditions :

  1. All items will that will be delivered to your end have been QC check and inspected before we send any item. If you see any dent, damage or missing, please email us with the images within three (3) working days upon receipt of the item.
  1. For Regular and Free Shipping

           -within Metro Manila is 3 to 5 Working Days

           -Outside of Metro Manila is 5 to 15 Working Days

  1. Our Delivery Partners will deliver within the time frame but in the event of any Natural Calamities such as Typhoon, Earthquakes, Flooding, etc., delays will be experienced

     4. You may also arrange your own pick up from our Warehouse from  Mondays to Saturdays from 8 am to 5:00 pm

Urban Traveller & Co. ships out and will combine items and pack them carefully in order to make sure your items arrive in the best condition.

Please note that our orders are dispatched from Metro Manila, Philippines. Delivery time is not guaranteed and can range from 1 week to 1 month depending on the region and courier shipping overseas. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page.

You can check the shipping status with the corresponding courier using the tracking number we provide.

*For other countries or regions, you'll find the estimated shipping cost at cart regarding the weight.
*Purchase over certain amount would enjoy free shipping to certain destinations.
*Public holidays: Please note that the delivery time may be extended during public holidays or promotional activities in the Philippines.
*Please ensure that the address, postal code, and telephone information you provide is accurate and complete. If there are errors or omissions or some areas require additional personal information, such as ID cards, etc., we will contact you to supplement relevant information, and the delivery speed may be delayed due to this. In addition, bank payment review, customs clearance and bad weather will also affect the time required for delivery.

IMPORT DUTY
Due to different policies and regulations in different countries, import taxes and duties may be incurred at the time of customs clearance. The courier company will contact you for details of the tariffs. For details of import taxes and tariffs around the world, please check on your local customs website.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
The customs may require you to provide additional documents and the corresponding time for customs clearance, and the delivery speed may be delayed due to this. For restrictions on imported goods, please check with local customs. We will not be responsible for any goods that cannot be cleared.

OVERSEAS TRANSACTION FEES
Once the transaction is confirmed, the issuing bank of the credit card may charge you an overseas transaction fee, the amount will depend on the price and terms set by the bank. For handling fees for overseas transactions, please check with your card issuing bank. Plus, our prices are marked as PHP initially. There'd be exchange rate when you check out in foreign currency, which depends on the periods and your issuing bank at that time.
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification of the waybill number to facilitate tracking of the order.

PRE-ORDER GOODS
Please contact our customer services for the estimated arrival date of individual product. The predicted arrival date may not be accurate due to uncontrollable factors, such as delivery delays, production delays etc. If your orders include other products available, we'd hold the order in our warehouse until the entire order is ready. If you need assistance on the order, please contact our customer service.

FOR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
For any refusal of delivery or unsuccessful delivery due to personal reasons, including additional costs/taxes incurred from courier or customs during shipping, the returning costs and second delivery (if applicable) will be borne by receivers.
